Today the environment is completed polluted. There are
different harmful gases spread in the air. Because of these polluted gases many
Harmful diseases are spread like cancer and immune disorders. Monoclonalantibody has become a powerful, widely used tool for researcher in cancer as
well as other diseases. Unlike polyclonal antibody, which identifies and binds
to multiple epitopes, monoclonal antibody specifically binds to a single
antigenic determinant and can distinguish even a single amino acid difference
between the epitopes. Moreover, it can be developed against any molecule,
including molecules that are weakly antigenic or constitute a small portion of
a mixture. Another advantage of monoclonal antibody is that it can be produced
in unlimited quantity, making it easily available for research and therapy.
